I’m so proud of Danny! He decided he wanted to play hockey this year, even before baseball season ended. We signed him up for a beginner’s league up at Center Ice, and he found out today, he will be the starting goalie for the Penguins! He’s not so sure about getting up so early on Saturday mornings, but at least the coach rotates the practice times so each age group gets stuck equally with the 7 am slot.
He looks so cute in all that gear – he’d kill me if he read that – I just hope he manages to keep all of his teeth through the season!
I’ll keep you updated on their games. To me, the team looks pretty good, but I don’t know that much about hockey, so we’ll see.
